1.The Prepaid Mobile Service (“Service”) is available to all prepaid mobile customers with an active prepaid account (“Customers”).
2.The Service allows Customers to purchase pre-determined denominations of prepaid credits (“Prepaid Credits”) to supported prepaid mobile number account(s) (“Recipient(s)”).
3.All Prepaid Credits transferred to the Recipient via the Service may only be used by the Recipient for mobile-related services such as voice calls, international calls, SMS and data usage.
4.Upon the initiation of a transfer of Prepaid Credits by a Customer, the available Prepaid Credit denominations will be displayed in the relevant local or overseas currency. The amount in Singapore Dollars (SGD) will be deducted from the Customer’s account balance. The top up amount received by the Recipient may be subject to deductions applicable in the countries in which the Recipient is based.
5.Upon the Customer’s confirmation of transfer of Prepaid Credits, the chosen Prepaid Credit denomination shall be deducted from the Customer’s account balance. The deduction and transfer of credit will only take place if the Customer has sufficient balance in his account.
6.Chongzhi.sg shall not entertain any claims by the Customer for any refunds once the local or international prepaid airtime transfer transaction has been effected and the Prepaid Credit top-up value has been debited.
7.Chongzhi.sg may revise and amend the pricing of the Prepaid Credits at any time from time to time.
